Demand for office space remains as new Warwick offices hit the market

The ‘most active agent in Warwickshire’ has told the Coventry Times that demand for high-quality office space continues despite the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

Bromwich Hardy, a property agency in Coventry, reports that interest in office space remains – and is growing – regionally as they list new accommodation.

Tom Bromwich, a founding partner, says there is still strong interest for office space which is well located and finished to the highest specification.

The realtors have recently taken instruction to let a character office building in the heart of Warwick which, before being listed, has already garnered much attention.

Tom said: “Undoubtedly this is because it is such a well-presented and equipped building in such an excellent location. As ever, the right building in the right place will remain attractive even in difficult times such as these.”

The offices on Church Street in Warwick span nearly 2,500 sq ft, providing a combination of office and meeting space, as well as a fully integrated wet room on the lower ground floor; offering contemporary accommodation in a period building.

It boasts excellent access to the national motorway network and Birmingham International Airport.

7 Church Street is available to let by way of a new lease for a minimum of five years; the quoting rental is £38,000 per annum, exclusive of business rates and service charge.

Last month, Bromwich Hardy was named the ‘most active agent in Warwickshire’ for the seventh year running by respected industry publication Estates Gazette.

The agency worked in full throughout the lockdown without the need to furlough staff as it continued to close deals.
